Our focus is on the front-end of strategy
We will clarify the strategy-related accountabilities and priorities of the board and each executive, but we do not engage in cascading strategy into operational detail below this. We treat this as an implementation task which is best owned by executive leaders.
We provide pro bono services to smaller charities and for-purpose entities.
Our founder
John Viljoen (PhD)
John is the Managing Director of Dexis and an Adjunct Professor at Deakin University. He was formerly the Managing Director of the iedex group pf companies before which he was an Associate Professor of Management at Deakin University and inaugural Director of Deakin’s MBA Program.
John specialises in the development of transformational strategy – setting organisations on a new path – and aligning organisational structure and systems, capability profiles and organisational culture with new strategic goals. He has a long-standing interest in industry reform, organisational transformation and the leadership attributes required to guide organisations through challenging change.
